UCET 2017 Conference Presentation Proposal Deadline Extended

The UCET board has decided to extend the deadline for submitting presentation proposals for the 2017 Utah Coalition for Educational Technology Conference. All submissions are now due by midnight on Thursday, February 2, 2017.

We apologize that many of you have had difficulty submitting multiple presentation proposals. We are happy to inform you that multiple presentation proposals from a single email address are now accepted! The presenter form has been modified to accept up to three presentations on the same screen. Just log back into Cvent using your email address and your confirmation number. See the screenshots and the instructions below for samples of what you will see. Please let us know if you have any questions or trouble with the form. If you wish to submit more than three presentation proposals, please contact Katie Blunt via email at katie.blunt@ucet.org.

On Wednesday, February 1, confirmation emails will be sent to everyone from whom we have already received presentation proposals. This will allow you to double check that we have received your proposals. It will also give you time to add any proposals that we did not receive. All prospective presenters will be informed whether their presentations were accepted by Tuesday, February 14. Happy Valentine’s Day!
