Questions for #utedchat – BYOD on 1/27

1-Do you currently allow students to use their own devices in your classroom? If so, to what extent? If not, why?

2-What do you see as some good things about students bringing their own devices to schools?

3- How can teachers plan for management issues like having the “right” apps on devices?

4a-How will students receive information for your class? How will they share their work?

4b–Follow up: Do you know any great ways to quickly share a link with students?

5-At the classroom level, would rules change for you? Why or why not?

6-What about equity? We know not every family can afford a device, what then?
