Presenter Registration

Call for Proposals is now open!

We are thrilled to announce the UCET 2026 Conference, March 16th and 17th at the Salt Palace is now accepting proposals. Our theme this year is “UCET ELEMENTS” – exploring how technology, pedagogy, and innovation combine to create transformative learning experiences in our classrooms.

We invite you to share your expertise and innovative ideas by submitting a proposal for the UCET 2026 Conference. We have four parts to our “Elements” theme:

  • Spark – Fire up learning with emerging tech & transformative strategies
  • Amplify – Elevate student voice, choice & equitable access
  • Flow – Navigate leadership dynamics & coaching excellence
  • Grounded – Anchor practice in evidence-based pedagogy

Session Types

Traditional Presentation (50 min, 1-3 presenters in a room with a projector, room layout is usually in rows of seats)

Interactive Session (50 min, 1-3 presenters in a room with a projector, room layout is in round tables to facilitate discussion & interactivity)

Panel (50 min, moderated group discussion, 1 moderator and usually 3-5 panelists, room layout is usually in rows of seats)

Traditional Presentation (20 min, 1-2 presenters in a room with a projector, this presentation is paired with another short session, with 5 mins passing time to allow for presenter setup/take down)

Over-the-Shoulder (20 min, 1 tool or strategy, hands-on session)

Turbo Talk (20 min, bite-sized & actionable, recorded live at the conference)

Ignite Session (5 minutes, 20 slides/images, recorded live at the conference)

Poster (2 Hour Block, Table style presentation)

    Virtual Presentations (20 min, pre-recorded sessions)


    Presenter Equipment and Room Set-up Specifications

    • Handouts – Presenter is responsible for printing and distributing any handouts to Presenter’s attendees unless arrangements are made prior to the conference. 
    • Recording – Presenter agrees to be video recorded for overflow distribution, archive, and Internet distribution purposes.

    Virtual Presentation

    If you plan to present remotely as part of the virtual conference portion of the 2026 conference, please consider the following tips:
    • Make sure you have a strong internet connection and a device with quality audio

    • Make your recording engaging for your audience!

    • Don’t go over 20 minutes in your virtual presentation recording.

    Presenter Registration

    All presenters must register to attend the conference. Only the main presenter is eligible for free registration. Any other presenters have to register for the conference.

    UCET is pleased to announce we will be able to use your proposal information to complete conference registration on behalf on the main presenter.
