UCET After Dark

Join fellow educators for an informal evening of board games, card tournaments, and casual networking. A perfect way to decompress and make lasting connections after a full day of sessions.

Button Swap

Each year at the annual UCET conference, educators participate in the button exchange—trading custom pins to decorate their conference lanyards. All registered attendees receive an official commemorative button at check-in!

Exchange Rules & Guidelines

  • Standard 1-Inch Diameter: Buttons must be strictly 1″ in size. This ensures they mount properly on badges and creates uniform collections across lanyards.
  • Showcase Your Identity: Schools, districts, edtech teams, clubs, and individuals are all encouraged to create buttons celebrating their programs and creativity.
  • Keep it Light & Professional: Buttons must remain positive and educational. No vulgarity, hate speech, demeaning, or polarizing political content. Let’s keep it fun for everyone!

Trading Tip: Bring anywhere from 20 to 100 buttons to trade throughout the conference hallways and between sessions.
