Affiliates

The International Society for Transforming Education (ISTE®) is the premier nonprofit organization serving educators and education leaders committed to transforming education. UCET is a valued affiliate of ISTE+ASCD and connects with more than 70 other affiliates to share best practices, increase service to members, and strengthen impact in their local education communities.

The Utah Teacher Fellows program provides full-time educators with an unique opportunity to receive high-quality training, support, and opportunities to interact with state and local policymakers with the goals of improving the teaching and learning conditions in Utah’s public schools and providing educators in the program with a chance to refine their teacher leadership skills.

Utah Education Network (UEN) is part of the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) which connects all Utah school districts, schools, and higher education institutions to a robust network and quality educational resources. UEN is one of the nation’s premier education networks. UEN is one of UCET’s primary partners for providing professional development across the state for Utah educators.

The Utah School Library Association (USLA) is here to work for Librarians, Teachers and Students of Utah.  They provide a variety of conferences and workshops including their annual spring conference and fall workshop in southern Utah. Throughout the year, USLA partners with Utah library media supervisors to provide professional learning for all their members. 

Utah Leading through Effective, Actionable, and Dynamic (ULEAD) Education was created to find, research, and highlight proven practices in Utah schools for replication statewide. ULEAD partners with practitioners, researchers, and education organizations to develop and curate resources, foster collaboration, and drive systemic change for improved student outcomes. 

The Utah State Board of Education is both the staff specialists and the elected board members that support all of Utah’s local education authorities. We are proud to work with USBE on a variety of projects. UCET collaborates with the organization to help support USBE initiatives regarding educational technology throughout the state.
