Day 1 Keynote – Robert Proffit
Authentic Intelligence: Unleashing the Power of Change
How do you tap into the nuclear reactor at the heart of each teacher? What are practical strategies for helping teams tap into the power of collective efficacy? When it comes to change, why are the questions more important than the answers? How do you help people figure out what they want, what that even looks like, and how they want to get there? In this interactive keynote, join Robert Proffit as we explore 25 years of coaching experiences, powerful stories and common sense coaching tools that will help you unleash the power of change in the people and teams you work with.
